This question was asked – albeit the other way round – in Week 11, on 30 January 2018 (supplementary to Round 5, History).
The fact that it was asked the other way round is immaterial, and so is the fact that it was a supplementary. Supplementaries are all read out at the end of the evening; the subject was covered, and is likely to stick in people's memories. There is no excuse for repeating questions that have been asked so recently (especially when this is pointed out by your vetters).
